Before you register
Is the masterclass really free?
Yes. It's a live training with Q&A at the end. We'll explain how you can work with us if it's a fit, with no pressure either way.
Do I need to own a property?
No. You rent the property from a landlord on a proper agreement with written permission to run it as serviced accommodation.
Do I need money to start?
Yes, this is a real business. Setting up a first property usually needs a few thousand pounds for rent in advance and furnishing. We'll show you how people keep that down. Anyone who says it's free is selling you something.
Is it legal?
Done properly, yes: written landlord permission, the right insurance, and checking local rules before you sign. We cover all of it.
Can I keep my job?
Yes. Most of our students start alongside full-time work. Tayo covers how to set things up so the property doesn't need you standing in it.
Will there be a replay?
Don't count on it. The deal breakdowns and Q&A are live only, so block out the time.
